What were mobileeee’s main objectives that made you decide to adopt Lanterne?

Our goal was to increase the efficiency of our fleet management, especially since our fleets are regionally distributed, which makes management quite challenging. A key factor in our decision to adopt Lanterne was that the product already had an integration with the MOQO API, allowing us to immediately transfer all necessary vehicle data. What is your assessment of the onboarding experience?

The onboarding process was well-structured and supported by a competent team. Lanterne guided us step-by-step through the implementation, allowing us to become productive quickly. Particularly helpful were the explanatory videos on newly added features and the weekly update briefings via video call, which ensured our team could use the system quickly and efficiently.

How were issues managed during implementation?

The few issues that arose during implementation were quickly and professionally resolved. The Lanterne team was always available to support us with any challenges. We were particularly pleased that our improvement suggestions were readily accepted and implemented in a short time. Their proactive approach allowed us to identify and resolve potential obstacles efficiently.

The main benefits we’ve experienced since using Lanterne are improved transparency and control over our fleet. We now have additional real time access to detailed vehicle-related data and can make fleet decisions based on sound analysis. This reduced our operational costs, increased the efficiency of our service teams, and allowed us to manage the working hours of our service staff effectively.
