Lanterne monitors booking activity via Zemtu and immediately alerts QuickRent if a customer finishes a booking late or returns a van to an unexpected location. This allows QuickRent to react promptly, ensuring vehicles are ready and available for the next customer without delay.

This continuous, automated information flow significantly accelerates vehicle turnaround times and improves operational efficiency. Lanterne’s real-time notifications also help QuickRent maintain service quality by flagging vehicles parked outside designated bays and proactively monitoring battery levels to prevent disruptions. Additionally, Lanterne keeps track of which vehicles are active or inactive, ensuring that cleaning, charging, and maintenance tasks are assigned precisely to the right vans at the right time.

By synchronising closely with Zemtu, Lanterne empowers QuickRent to deliver a more reliable and responsive service, enhancing customer satisfaction and fleet performance.
