We believe in being honest and transparent with all customers and team members. Openness allows us to examine our products and processes honestly with a view to improving them.
We believe innovation can only succeed if the customer is at the centre of our design and engineering decisions. This trumps process-driven and short-term profit driven approaches to product development.
The best way of engaging with anyone is with mutual respect. This is sewn into the fabric of Lanterne.
Innovation is defined by developing creative solutions to problems. At Lanterne we nurture autonomy and believe in MVPs—Minimum Viable Processes—to allow creativity to flourish.
